November Update

I would like to open my "catch up" with an appeal.

WANTED

The Dukeries Singers are looking for a new Musical Director.

For the past three and a half most enjoyable years the Choir has benefitted from the wonderful direction of Mr Ashley Williams. Under his enthusiastic leadership we have enjoyed singing a wide repertoire of music.

However he has decided to step down as Musical Director, to take effect from after the Christmas Period. We shall be so sorry to see him leave and thank him for his time with the Choir, but we fully understand his desire to spend more time with his family and we send all of them our very best wishes.

SO the Dukeries Singers need a new Musical Director for January 2020.

We are a friendly and enthusiastic group of singers who like to harmonise both musically and socially and have been doing so for over 40 years.

You would also be welcome to attend any of our rehearsals or performances. We rehearse every Wednesday evening from 7-30pm until 9-00pm upstairs in the Theatre Foyer at the Dukeries Academy, Ollerton. This is best accessed via the Leisure Centre entrance and free car park.
