October Update
To paraphrase a (quite old) popular song. "What a difference a month makes." From struggling to keep the essentials watered, we are now firmly fixed in the season of "mists and mellow fruitfulness", clearing out the greenhouse, lifting taters, chucking out or cutting back the old plants and filling pots and borders with winter pansies and bulbs.
The Choir is also in mellow mode with preparations for Christmas well under way. We rehearse every Wednesday evening from 7-30pm until 9-00pm in the Concert Hall at the Dukeries Academy, Ollerton. This is best accessed via the Leisure Centre entrance and car park.
Our Concert bookings so far are;
Thursday 29th November 2018 Singing in Edwinstowe High Street at the turning on of the Christmas Lights, at 5-00pm
Saturday 8th December 2018 Our Annual Christmas Concert at the Jubilee Hall, Ollerton, at 7-00pm
Friday 21st December 2018 Singing at the Masonic Hall, Mansfield at 6-15pm
